General information

To create a collection in the HUES platform, fill in the fields below and then click "Save page". The fields "Collection name", "Description", "Included modules" and "Authors" are mandatory. All other fields are optional, but recommended. For specific instructions about what to fill in each field, hover your mouse over the blue question mark icon in front of the respective field.

Collection name*:
Enter a name for your collection (may contain spaces). The name must be unique (i.e. there must not be another collection with this name). Click HERE to see a list of existing collections.
Description*:
Insert here a description of the collection (1-2 paragraphs).
Included modules*:
Insert here a list of the modules to be included in the collection. The collection may include models, scripts, datasets and external resources. After entering the names, you may rearrange the list of modules to reflect the workflow sequence.
Authors*:
Insert here the names of the collection's author(s) here, first name followed by last name. If multiple authors separate with commas.
Related publications:
Insert here the authors, titles, etc. of any publications related to the collection.

Documentation

Fill in one or more of the fields below to add documentation for the collection.

Insert here a URL link to relevant documentation
Upload documentation:
Click on the link to upload documentation (as PDF)
Upload file
Create documentation page:
Type a name for your documentation page to create a link to a new wiki page. Best practice is to use the same name as the collection (the title of this page). After clicking "Save page" below, click on the link to generate the documentation page.
